Wang, Zhijian, male, born in December 1975, Ph.D. in international relations in 2010 and postdoctoral in water conservancy engineering in 2013. He is now an associate professor at the Law School of Hehai University, an adjunct professor at the Hopkins-Nanjing Center, and a part-time lawyer at Jiangsu Zhonglv Law Firm.
